Vertical Cooling Machine for Wafer Biscuit

The main function of the wafer biscuit cooling machine is to put the wafer sheets be spread by cream or chocolate sandwich into the cooling cabinet to make it cooled so as to make the delicious wafer biscuit.

This equipment can make sandwich wafer sheet temperature cooling quickly and thoroughly, which make sheet more smooth, better crunch taste and long storage time. The cooler adopts refrigeration compressors which working with cold water, the inside temperature can be adjusted from 0ºC to 8ºC. Whole shell are made of Stainless steel, and inside wall is made of PB board, in-out convey belts are adopted food grade PVC. In order to keep the air quality, each in-out of cold air has a filter mesh to filter the impurity in the air.

This equipment is use Siemens PLC touch screen control,that is easy operation and safety. The materials compoments are use internation brand and Chinese famous brand, so it can save energy.
