      1. The preparatory work:

The power is turned on the master switch and the start button of the mold machine is pressed to observe the direction of rotation of the lower mold motor. If the motor rotates in the same direction as the mark on the pulley, this means that the power can be turned off and then the motor tape is installed to adjust the tightness of the tape. If the direction of rotation of the motor is inconsistent with the mark on the machine, the worker should immediately turn off the power, try to adjust the power wiring position, in order to the direction of rotation in line with the requirements of the machine, and then loaded with tape. Installation workers to adjust the power cord, and then start the motor, so that the upper and lower mold closure, fitted with the top cover and rear cover.

4) The upper mold temperature controller can turn to a very high temperture, open the heating switch, preheating upper and lower mold, when the upper and lower mold temperature reaches the required temperature after 80 seconds, the mold should be able to automatically open, the next mold automatically separated, and the upper and lower mold is no longer rising, this time, the machine has entered the normal work status.

5) If the machine action program does not follow the above-mentioned action working, you should turn off the master switch quickly. Then manually turn the upper and lower mold pulley, the upper mold in the highest position, the lower mold to the maximum position. Next turn on the power, and press the mold start button.
