Thailand Ice Cream Cone Rolling Machine Schematic

The ice cream cones made by this rolling machine, the sugar cone(sweet tube) is about 35% to 55% of the total flour, baked by the automatic oven.
 
After stirring, the slurry is poured onto the lower pan of the pan group which is at the head of the oven, and the pan assembly is fitted to the pan chain. Then the upper pan and lower pan will closed and begin baking the ice cream cone. 
The special sealing system ensures the high density of the baking wafer cone, thus it can ensure the high quality of the finished products.
 
After baking a few minutes in the making process, the pan group can be opened in the oven head. Mechanical device will remove the  baking wafers, and then under the pressure, the cone through the roll forming device molding, and finally the ice ream  cone will be finished. .
 
The ice cream cone forming time will not so long, but the products quality will mroe important than others. The number of roll forming tools can be flexibly adjusted according to the process requirements of different products. It is very suitable for ice cream cone making factory.
 
The finished products are cooled and transported to an automatic stacking device. They are stacked according to the sets quantity and can also be handled as a package (in a paper tube or an aluminum foil barrel) and transported to a pick-up table in rows. If the customer need the ice cream  cone packing machine, they can also ask the manufacturer to configure the cone packaging machine in the ice cream  production line.
