Wafer Biscuit Line Using Precautions

      During using the wafer biscuit line, the operator should note some usage issues which can reduce the machine's problems. 
Precautions:
     1.  Adjust sensitivity adjuster such that the red indication light extinguishes when the product is not present. 
     2.  All connections works should be made by personnel workers, and all the process should according to the using rules and regulations of the country where the plant is installed.
     3.  The cover should locked when not using this machine. 
     4.  There is not allow to this these machine to make other products which is beyond the capability of the machine.
     5.  Ensure the good exhaust system and keep the proper ventilation. 
     6.  Take care of the high temperate of the inside machine. 
     7.  Regularly check the chain tension of the oven machine. 
     8.  Check the magic eye on the wafer biscuit cooling machine, if it's doesn't work, change quickly.
     9.  Chekc the swith on the cooling cabinet machine. 
    10. Danger of burns or catching fire.
    11.  According the different moulds machine, the wafer biscuit cooling machine is provided wiht infeed and outfeed belts to convey  the wafer biscuits.
    12. Do not open and remove the guards.
